Refund Policy

Refund/Return/Exchange/Cancellation/Turnaround Time:

Due to the custom nature of products from Yes, Thistle Do Nicely, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. If you’re unsure about sizing, please reach out before placing your order to ensure the correct fit. In the unlikely event of an issue caused by us, I will gladly fix or replace the item(s) once the defective item is returned. Please provide a photo of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product. Without this, no replacements can be made.

Please note, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Exchanges are not allowed. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out prior to ordering. 

Cancellations are not allowed. Once invoice is sent or you have paid for your order the order cannot be cancelled or changed. All invoices must be paid before you can place another order. 

Turnaround Time

T-Shirts & Sweatshirts  - Turnaround Time is 7-14 business days. This does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping times. This is the time it takes to process your order. This is subject to change and will be noted in the announcement bar. TAT can be extended in the holiday season. 

Homecoming Mums - Turnaround Time is dependent upon the style of mum and add-ons.  Most are turned around in 7-14 business days.
